Join éirígí

éirígí is organised in Ciorcail Áitiúla (local branches) which are responsible for organising the party and campaigns within the local community. This can involve handing out leaflets, organising meetings, putting up posters, taking part in protests, working with residents groups and a wide range of other activities.

éirígí members are also active in many other spheres of Irish society including the community and voluntary sector, the trade unions and the Irish language movement. If you want to find out more about éirígí click here for the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions.

Membership of éirígí is open to those who are:

• Over sixteen years of age
• Resident in Ireland
• In agreement with éirígí's principles*
• Willing to work towards the achievement of éirígí's objectives*
• Willing to abide by éirígí's code of conduct and its attendant disciplinary proceedings*

Join Clann éirígí

Clann éirígí is éirígí's national and international supporters' organisation. Whether you are living in Ireland or overseas, Clann éirígí membership represents a great way to give practical support to éirígí, whilst also keeping yourself updated on the party and the wider struggle for Irish freedom.

In return for an annual membership fee (€20 waged / €5 unwaged) members of Clann éirígí receive:

• At least four newsletters per annum
• A green star badge
• Visitor status at éirígí Ard Fheiseanna (numbers permitting)
• Notice of upcoming éirígí events in their area (where appropriate)

Membership of Clann éirígí is open to those who are:

• Over sixteen years of age
• Resident anywhere in the world, including Ireland
• Supportive of the principles and objectives of éirígí as contained within Bunreacht éirígí
• Accepting of the terms and conditions of membership of Clann éirígí
